How to love

he data entry just would not end today, and the office was empty. Super
depressing. At lunch I wandered alone to Powell’s Books and got The Great Gatsby and Tina Fey’s new Bossypants. So there’s that. Couldn’t justify reading Bossypants
in public (even though I had just wolfed down an entire foot long Spicy
Italian subway sandwich on my own in the park). Uh huh. Mondays.

This is an example of a more inventive work outfit that is exactly what
I’m into right now – a mix of J. Crew prep and western. These cowboy
boots have become the glass slipper. I also no longer leave home without
at least one of my two wool pendleton dopp bags.
I found this blouse on sale for $20 at J.Crew and was initially a
little skeptical of it but it has become a favorite. Dressing for work
is different than dressing for student life but I think I’m really
starting to like it…
