I have been a craving a tutu ever since I started Sex and the City – which was long before I ever saw tutu’s anywhere(as opposed to everywhere now from Macy’s mannequins to Spencer’s gifts).So! I made this one. 15 yards, 18 layers, and 3 separate sewings. My favorite DIY so far.
