Victoria’s Secret gray pleated twill trousers, Theory white blazer and Tracy Ellen black leather oxford heels

So, I know I really shouldn’t be complaining about the cold seeing as I live in California and the weather is pretty mild compared to other parts of the world, but 20 degrees? Come on! As far as I’m concerned, if I cannot cuff my sweet new trousers (on sale at Victoria’s Secret.com) without my ankles freezing to the point of immobility, then it’s just too damn cold.
